connector fits perfectly. After plugging in and checking radio operation before reassembling the dashboard, the radio worked perfectly. After the installation was complete, I found that my right front speaker wasn't working. The second time I removed that neatly and checked all the wiring. There were no problems, with the off-dash radio all four speakers worked fine. When replacing the radio in the dashboard, with the radio on, the right front channel disappeared. I found that when I moved the pigtail up the back of the connector, the right front speaker turned off. With the pigtail in the down position, the radio works perfectly. Obviously a bad connection on one of the pallets. A lot of work has to be done to determine that your new fork is faulty.
