It's an easy way for me or my clients (who are mostly small businesses) to get online with their own websites without having to pay someone else thousands each year just so they can make sure that everything works properly. I like how simple it makes things when you're trying to figure out what your website needs to look like as well as set up all those features we want our customers to see! Sometimes there isn't much help if something doesn't work right away but usually a quick email will fix any problems within minutes. The support system could be better though. There aren't many people who answer questions via chat unless its during business hours which means sometimes I have to wait around until then before getting answers. We were looking at other providers such as Wix because some companies don't charge extra fees compared to solo network but also offer more options than solonetwork does.
