I like how easy it was set up in my organization (we used Salesforce as our CRM).
The interface isn't too user friendly but we were able train some of their staff quickly so they could use this without much trouble once installed at another location where there weren’t many users yet! We are trying out different features now such as customer service surveys which has been very helpful when looking into what would be best products/services offered by us next time around if customers aren't happy after using them first hand - great tool!!
