Where to start? 1. Sticks to EVERYTHING and under EVERYTHING. I used to have a Roborock vacuum and it rarely got stuck on anything. Not so with this vacuum cleaner. I can't believe he has sensors because he's acting like he's completely blind and stupid. Like there was a blindfolded baby in the room. 2. Less than 2 months later the red light came on and no matter what I do it doesn't go off. 3. This app shows 42% battery. ALWAYS. Even if the device was charged all night. Speaking of apps, it really sucks. The Roborock app showed a very accurate picture of where the vacuum cleaner had already done its job. The image of this app is EVERYWHERE. It doesn't even look like my house. Do you want to create a FORBIDDEN ZONE? Forget it. 4. The vacuum performance was very inconsistent. Two nights in a row would be great. In the next two nights he vacuums about 30-40% at home and then back to the charger for no reason. His cleaning schedules were strange. He vacuumed back and forth in the living room for 2 minutes, then went straight into the kitchen and swept for 10 minutes. He then went into the next room and swept for a few minutes and then returned to the previous room. Anywhere, like schizophrenia or something. 5. It's easy to get confused when trying to find the charging station even if you put it RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. I have to say that I am totally disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. I know I only paid $150 but it disappointed me in every way. The ONLY thing I can say it was really good is the vacuum. The suction power was very good. You get what you pay for, except in this case I did NOT get what I paid for. Complete nonsense. updated 11/27/21. I was able to unscrew the bottom plate and disconnect the battery. Very small so I'm guessing it was an extra battery and not the main battery. Left unplugged for 5 minutes and plugged back in. The vacuum has restarted and now appears to be working properly. Still hangs frequently and still sucks very sporadically, but still works.
