These belt beads are great. My only issue is that while they are stretchy and detachable (which I like), I would like the beads to be a little tighter so there are fewer gaps or gaps between beads. Also, if you want to use them for waist training (permanent swage), they may not be for you. These waist beads are for decoration and style which is why I bought them.
