The seller exchanged the chair for a better one. This is better than what I originally ordered. The transaction took 2 emails and the new chair was at my house within 48 hours! The new chair was assembled in 15 minutes. I completed the build during a conference call since I can work from home! I'm impressed with the solution process and I love the new chair. I have upgraded her rating from one star to four. I value quick and decisive action. Below is the original review. It has not been changed from the original release. I gave them one star. For the first hour the chair was wonderful. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to understand. I was even able to assemble without help. Unfortunately, within an hour of work, the back part broke, as can be seen in the photos.
