So they are sold as "Stainless Steel Fence & Deck Screws" which is dead wrong. They should be sold as "a complete waste of money and made of tin". As you can see from my drawing, I've had repeated head failures and screw strips. I changed the bits to make sure it's not a problem. Ah, dear Yorick. It's not me and it's not the fault of the bits. Oh, and that I screwed together which broke or damaged 2 out of 5 screws. Well, just a mighty strong piece of "YELLOW SOFT PINE" 1 x 2. Yes, you read that right, pine is standard 1 x 2. Save your money and your sanity.
