UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEWThis is an update to my review of sales@hopeurwell.com. This is not about the quality of what they sell, but the way they handle their business and what happened after I received my masks.When I received my order, there was a card inside that said I was one of the first 500 customers to purchase from them so as a "gift", if I provided them with my revain account order number with SIX days of purchase, they would send me a FREE mask as a goodwill gesture on their part.Well, I sent my revain order number to sales@hopeurwell.com as directed on the card. Then I get an email from the owner of this obviously home-run business.The email said that in order to get the "free" mask, I was required to (LOL) POST A POSITIVE REVIEW OF THEIR PRODUCT ON AMAZON.COM plus then they required me to WAIT UNTIL AMAZON POSTED THE REVIEW, TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE REVIEW I LEFT THEM, and THEN they would send me the free mask.Really classless and shoddy way of doing business. I sent an email reply back saying that their card did not have any requirements to get the free mask and that I found it unprofessional and not great customer service on their part, to add in these requirements.Needless I had posted a good review but I said I did not feel I should be required to wait for revain to post it and then send them a copy. That as a business that was bad customer service.I was then told that they would send me the free mask (not mentioning what I said about this policy of theirs) if I provided my address which I did. I never got the mask and sent them another email asking where was my free mask. Then someone named Emily sent me an email saying if I sent them my address (a week or so later), they would send me the free mask. I again sent her my address stating this was now at least the second, possibly the third time I sent them my address.I NEVER GOT THE FREE MASK. Do not offer the option of a "free mas", then require the buy to post a "good" review, and then require the customer "to send a snapshot of the review after revain posted it" before getting the free mask.I would never do business with a company nor would I recommend to any of my friends bc that is not the way to get new customers or good word of mouth.So after being told twice, the mask was sent, I never got the free mask. It is not about the mask, it is more about the hoops they expect you to jump through to get the FREE mask. It is a joke.SO IGNORE THAT CARD THEY INSERT INSIDE. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE FREE MASK.I had been using the cheaper disposable blue face masks that you have to discard after one use. I live in New York City and need to wear masks in all stores. The disposable masks I previously used were only good for my apt. use in which all tenants must wear masks in common areas and I found them hard to breathe through for longer periods of time. But now that it appears, that we will be wearing masks for a long time, I knew I needed a better quality mask that I could wash and reuse again and again. I have metastatic breast cancer which spread to my lungs so my breathing is a already bit labored. I seen these on revain and ordered them after reading other consumer's reviews. The price cannot be beat. I got 8 masks (varied colors) and two pairs of gloves for hands for one low price. They fit nicely around my ears without any pulling and the masks completely cover my nose and mouth and they also have nose guards on top so that you can adjust for a better fit and avoid my needed eyeglasses from fogging up. The two pairs of gloves I wear if going shopping and handling money, or touching grocery products, etc.Getting 8 sets of masks in various colors mean I will always have a set to use while I wash and hang dry my other used masks. I recommend these masks only after I have actually used them myself for an entire day and was pleased.If you order soon, they will also gift their first 500 customers with an additional free mask after purchase. I did not realize that until after I purchased them and received them, so that was a nice gesture on the part of the Seller. I only offer reviews after I have actually used a product myself and am well pleased with this order so I am recommending to others.
