Poor quality on decorations

5 balls were broken when we received the box. Also 4 additional bullets were dented. If you have a large tree, you will need additional larger balls as there weren't enough for our tree. Some of the jewelry came with really nice thick thread for hanging, but the ones we had to thread came with this gauzy thread. I want them to send the thick thread used on others as it was really hard to see the thread through the decoration.
