We use emda to manage our inventory for all of our factories around NZ.
The system allows us to keep track of everything from raw material through to finished goods at each factory location which helps reduce stock-outs as well as improving customer service levels by ensuring we have enough product available when customers need it! Not much dislike about this program so far but i would like more reporting options (such as reports that can be exported into other programs) if you are using another platform than emdas own. I am able to see exactly what products my staff are working on every day via an intranet web page, also they can view their weekly production targets in real time allowing them to make any adjustments required without having to wait until after work hours. This ensures no one forgets to meet deadlines or over produces items resulting in wastage/overstock issues.
