Good shoes, great price.
I bought 11W. I mostly use 11EE, sometimes 11.5 depending on the manufacturer. I don't wear socks. I don't plan on running in it at track events, I want something that's easy to put on and take off, so I left them on. Half a size smaller might be preferable if you like it tight.
