Not a big reviewer but thought I'd save you $3,000. Always a fan of closed phone cases. But. I bought a new Galaxy Note 20. It froze when I brought it home with the message that it was trying to download a new OS, brought it back to the store and the tech thought it was an application I downloaded . deleted the application and the leftovers, it crashed again, moved to another location and factory reset. Crashed two more times, returned the phone. New phone broke twice a day, paid another $1,000 for another phone. Come to find out, my son who is in IT found out. IT WAS A DEAL! Of course, if you press all three buttons on the phone at the same time, you can install another operating system. In this case with three external buttons, when placed in a belt clip holder and you sit down (like driving a car) you press the buttons on your hip and the phone freezes. I had to shell out $3,000 on phones to find out. Stay away from this case. However, they sell a lighter case with button cutouts which I bought and have had no problems with!
