Review on πŸ“± ProCase Galaxy Note 8 Wallet Case: Flip Kickstand, Card Slots, Mirror Wristlet - Black (2017) by Scott Bradford

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Efficient wallet, but interferes with the camera and fingerprint sensor.

Summary: What you see in the photo is what you get. Advantages: 1. beautiful design2. Holds 3 cards as advertised and easily slides them in when we slide them out (although I wouldn't try to hold cash either).3. The phone is simply and securely placed in a plastic holder.4. The magnetic tape can be easily attached to the case and removed again. Cons: 1. I was myopic and didn't realize that of course I can't easily unlock my phone with fingerprint sensor or take photos by flipping the phone case. (FYI, I'm right-handed, so I usually hold the S Pen in my right hand and my phone in my left.) 2. If you have cards in your pockets, the "stand" part becomes too slippery and doesn't t work fine.3. It's very bulky and since the case doubles as a stand, it's uncomfortable to hold the phone. Sometimes it bends behind the plastic part of the phone holder, scaring you that you will accidentally drop it.4. Not that I thought anyone would actually use this feature, but the mirror is included and scratches easily. In case you're wondering, no, closing the case doesn't turn off your phone's screen. To be honest, if you want a "wallet/wallet case" and don't mind a little bulk (it's not particularly heavy), I think this is the phone case for you. If you want a slim and secure case that also holds 1-2 cards, I might consider something else.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Phone snaps in really easy but is snug and secure
