I like that it is easy to use, has great reporting features, and is customizable for each organization in ways not found elsewhere.
There are some things missing (such as being able to add custom fields or filters). It can be difficult at times to figure out what you need to do next when there seems to be an error somewhere along the way. The benefits for our team include increased visibility into our suppliers' compliance status with us and other global regulations; better control over spend across multiple locations; and improved communication between all parties involved.
