Great product & strong service — even after 20 years

I like that it is easy to use, has great reporting features, and is customizable for each organization in ways not found elsewhere. There are some things missing (such as being able to add custom fields or filters). It can be difficult at times to figure out what you need to do next when there seems to be an error somewhere along the way. The benefits for our team include increased visibility into our suppliers' compliance status with us and other global regulations; better control over spend

Fantastic Supply Chain Management Solution

The platform is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. The dashboard is very useful and gives us a great overview of the supply chain. There is nothing that I dislike. We have been using the platform for a year now and we haven't noticed any downsides. The main challenge that we faced was getting the right people in the right roles and to fully understand the platform. We have been able to solve this by working with our sales team.
