Ordered this jacket for my son, he loved it. My problem was that I ordered the 4T and when did I receive it. It was too big and the tag was torn off. It says to get in touch if I have a problem, but there's no contact information for me either. I was very upset that I had to buy another one on top of being stuck with a very large jacket. When I brought it back I bought a 3T, it was a little small on the hands but for now it will fit, he loved it very much and didn't take it off.
