I really wanted to love these chairs because they look so good, but I had to order two replacements because the plastic plugs got stuck in the socket where the screw goes. I have had no response from the manufacturers regarding this defect, although they have provided an email with instructions. Of the four chairs, I only have one that I was able to fully assemble, and it's also a bit wobbly. Not sure why there is such an unevenness as the chair is pretty easy to assemble. In general - I say order them at your own risk. If you know how to unscrew the screw holes you shouldn't have any problems.
