Excellent fit and quality replacement for 2002 Chrysler T&C Limited.

After figuring out how to push the OEM mirror out of the bracket, this unit was connected and securely locked in place. My motor mount has four slots that match the tabs on this replacement mirror. The original mirror was quickly glued and needed more than a little persuasion. It didn't slide off the motor mount as the instructions said. I had to use a screwdriver to pry off the original mirror and ended up breaking the top two tabs on the mirror. The engine mounts were not affected.
