Silver paint is interfering with the function of the key fob

Another reviewer mentioned this but they were correct. I replaced the factory fairing on my 718BS and the range I can lock/unlock has been greatly reduced. Sometimes when I'm outside I have to be within 5 feet for the car to respond. I've also found cases where when the car recognizes the key in my pocket, the automatic unlocking doesn't work because there's too much interference. Looks great, but unfortunately this article has significant functional defects.
