Cute little desktop fan that puts out a decent amount of air with a USB powered 3 speed motor. The rubber bumpers keep it stable enough even on my standing desk, which has been raised and lowered several times throughout the day, and there's a bit of noise, but that's to be expected with the amount of air moving at higher settings. There is no built-in battery, but I have several USB devices at work that are powered by a 6-port smart USB charger and only use one of those ports. I actually bought two of these fans the first time around and gifted the second to a colleague and then bought two more to keep one with my travel gear and the other as a spare.
