It's pretty easy and intuitive! There is something for everyone when it comes to social media platforms - from big companies like Starbucks & Target to small businesses like mine. If you're looking for an all-inclusive solution that can handle your entire business' needs, then this might be what you need. The only thing I dislike about Potions is how difficult they make other social networks (like Facebook) look. We use Potion exclusively now in our store. My favorite part of using Potion has been being able to engage my clients directly via message boards within the app. This helps me reach out to them during non working hours so we have more interaction opportunities.
