Review on BugNET by Shedrick Roach

I like that it is easy to use, has great documentation for new users as well as advanced features such as custom fields/fieldsets which can be used in any way you want! It's also free (aside from hosting) so there are no costs associated with using this software if your organization doesn't have an account already set up or wants something more than just ticketing system functionality - but still needs some sort of bug tracker / change log etc..

The only downside would probably being able to do things better then what they offer out-of box without having too much customization involved at first glance. We're solving our own problem by creating tickets internally instead of relying solely upon Atlassian JIRA since we don't need all those other bells and whistles offered within their product offerings.
