It definitely works and tastes great. The only problem is that it's SUPER messy! Now I brush my teeth in the shower because if powder is spilled, if you splatter it while brushing, and if you spit it out, it will look like empty ink all over and it will take you forever to wash it off. So I only clean in the shower. But paired with whitening toothpaste, it seems to work.
