I installed this 25w UV sterilizer in my home. The instructions were clear enough. No leaks. All parts were. Customer service was excellent (I thought I was missing o-rings and they sent some straight away; I later found the missing o-rings). As described by the seller, if the UV system is left on for a long period of time without a water supply, it can become warm. Attachment to a plywood panel simplifies installation. I wanted to save energy so I used a timer to turn off the unit late at night and also used a cheap temperature controller (WILLHI WH1436A) to turn off the unit when there was no water. was used during the day and the device started to heat up. By placing the inlet temperature sensor in the UV canister, the drop in temperature of the incoming cold water immediately turns on the UV when I use the water. It works great. Overall very good value for money.
