I am very happy to write a review for this product, it was exactly what I was hoping for. I was watching a popular cooking show and noticed that the chef uses pans identical to this one to do everything from sandwiches to almost any type of food that needs to be baked or fried in the oven. I had to search, buy and try. I love to cook and then freeze a lot of what I cook for a quick snack throughout the week. I live alone and a smaller, handier, easy-to-clean pan made more sense. Most of what I reheat throughout the day are sandwiches, which I like to toast, sometimes frozen foods when I don't feel like making a full meal. Sandwiches, Fried Fish, Shrimp, Pizza Buns, French Fries, Toasted Almonds, Toasted Coconut. The list goes on. The pan is the perfect size and saves me the trouble of pulling out a giant metal pan for a fried sandwich or two pieces of fish etc. It is well made yet lightweight and easy to clean. The listing recommends hand washing, and I personally don't put specially coated bakeware in the dishwasher and never soak my nonstick bakeware overnight. This will surely leave you with a flaky, useless casserole dish. Be sure to buy and try!
