The IR port on the rear of the GFHD200 requires a stereo 3.5mm IR extension cable to which it actively redirects VCC on the tip and data receives ring and uses hub as ground. This particular IR extender works great with it. If you have one of these STBs, be aware that when you connect the extender, the IR receiver built into the front of the device will be disabled, making the extender your only IR input source.
