Upset and disappointed, the product is very bad!

As a result of what you said, Claudia, I am now able to state that I WAS a Logitec fan.
The mechanism for the repair is one of the ones in the photo that does not press (it looks like a stick from a chupa chups).

Pros

They handed over this clave but hid it away because the G15 is in some way more valuable and is more comfortable to use. So I've had it for about six months now. And this has been a misery for the past six months. The use of double clicks, triggering, or even just one key had no effect at all. Despite the fact that the clave itself is not noisy, gorgeous, and pleasant. Because there is no check, and because it is not possible to work on it, I will not be able to return it under the terms of the warranty. It looks like I'll be reaching for my trusty but aging G15.

Cons

Straight out of the box, a problem. The space bar was inoperable. The use of double clicks and simultaneous pressing of the same keys Y-N-F-A-H-P-L-D is the left control key. Concerns regarding the SN warranty.
