I've watched several YouTube videos for instructions on assembling chairs structurally similar to this one. It did however take me a few hours to assemble by myself (I think around 3.5 and I'm usually good with Ikea style furniture). This is because the instructions aren't immediately clear and nothing is actually labeled to reflect the instruction manual. I was excited to finally put it together, but found that the chair doesn't stay balanced when I actually use the footrest - I fall forward, making the footrest useless - and surprisingly stiff despite the two "cushions" offered . .
