The product came in a box with a picture of a standard office chair. Opened the box to find the correct chair - with instructions on how to assemble the chair pictured on the box. As soon as we assembled it, my husband climbed in and got up immediately. The chair is of the lowest quality, very unstable, the backrest is not adjustable and the lumbar support is too high. We bought this chair for my 79 year old father and there is no way I will let him use this accident while he waits. Be warned - this chair is dangerous and shouldn't even be on the market.
