poor quality and terrible instructions

I was hoping for a great chair at a great price. but I had to trust my instincts. Poor instructions and quality. I had to return all four. It took several emails and a phone call to get a returns number. I still haven't received a refund but I'm hoping the company will fix it.

Extremely poor quality

The product came in a box with a picture of a standard office chair. Opened the box to find the correct chair - with instructions on how to assemble the chair pictured on the box. As soon as we assembled it, my husband climbed in and got up immediately. The chair is of the lowest quality, very unstable, the backrest is not adjustable and the lumbar support is too high. We bought this chair for my 79 year old father and there is no way I will let him use this accident while he waits. Be warned -

Don't waste your time and money with these

We bought some of these for our office and returned them. quality is bad. They lean forward and wobble, appear unsteady and don't reach high enough to work at our tall tables (which are a height suitable for both standing and sitting in high chairs). Before sending them back, we had to contact the manufacturer about the missing parts. When the parts finally arrived they were still missing but by then we found the chairs were awful and had to be returned whether all the parts were ever delivered

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Makes me angry

I have a desk at home and I needed something big enough for me to sit whenever I want. I was thrilled to find this chair met my height and price requirements. I ordered this chair and was not impressed from the start. The seat has an odd incline and I always feel like I'm slowly slipping out of my seat. Also, the footrest is not durable and has now slid all the way onto the bottom of the base. As expected, the rear also wobbles. I think you get what you pay for in a cheap chair.

  • good thing

drawing stool. in Chairs & Sofas

I bought this because my computer sits on a 3ft dining table. Regular office chairs were too short and dining room chairs were good for dinner but too uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. This stool works great! I had to buy the one with armrests as the armrests kept hitting the table (I removed them). I also wanted wheels to make it easier for me to get in and out of the chair. Going in and out works fine but I have ceramic tile floors in my kitchen and the wheels get stuck and…

It looks like I got a child's computer chair with one leg.

Just ordered this drafting chair for the office. Looks like I have a kids computer chair with a footrest in the box. I figured I'd take it upon myself and go ahead and assemble it. The instructions I received are not even for the same type of chair. The instructions were for a small computer chair with no armrests, no footrest, etc. I finally got it all together and I'm by no means a tall woman (I'm 5ft 4in about 150lbs after my daughter) and my bum barely fits in the seat. I will Will not…

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Clarity

If you've never assembled a chair before, it's going to take you time to figure it out. The instructions consist of only pictures and are not very informative. The footrest that comes with the chair doesn't have instructions, so you'll need to figure out how to attach it. Make sure it is turned on before inserting the seat cylinder. The pan (seat) is shorter by about 3-4 inches. It doesn't touch my leg midway, so there's not as much foot support as I'd like. Without the footrest my feet would…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Best choice for under $100 but has major issues.

For the money this is normal. I don't see it as dangerous at all. Maybe other reviewers didn't put it together correctly? Lord knows the instructions that come with it are terrible. You will receive a normal office high chair with an additional "extension piece" for the base. The instructions and pictures are for a regular size office chair, NOT a high chair. There are NO instructions on how to add an extra part when assembling and I had to figure it out myself. Also, the assembly steps are…
