We bought some of these for our office and returned them. quality is bad. They lean forward and wobble, appear unsteady and don't reach high enough to work at our tall tables (which are a height suitable for both standing and sitting in high chairs). Before sending them back, we had to contact the manufacturer about the missing parts. When the parts finally arrived they were still missing but by then we found the chairs were awful and had to be returned whether all the parts were ever delivered or not.
