I like that it's easy to use; has many features; is mobile friendly (which in today’s market can sometimes make or break an application). The price point for this product was also very fair. There really isn't anything bad about VDR as far as functionality goes--it works well with our business needs of being able to store sensitive information securely online while allowing users access at their convenience via any device they choose. We have been using virtual datarooms since 2015 and we haven't had one single issue yet regarding its operation/features. It makes sense from both sides—the user experience side AND the security side! Plus there aren't any hidden costs which is always nice when you're buying software solutions. Thanks so much for your support thus far! If anyone could give me some insight into if there are other similar products out there that would work better than my personal preference. That said, nothing comes close to how seamless.
