First off, this product is way better than I expected. I am very happy with this purchase. Materials, assembly and appearance generally come first. If there was one thing I had to complain about, it was that the plastic bag-like shipping packaging meant that the hat and note could deform a bit on the way to me. I think a sturdy box would have prevented that. Not a big deal as the hat can easily be changed. I am a happy buyer and highly recommend this hat.
