This salt shaker is unimpressive and as described does not live up to expectations. It's very small and I have tiny hands so it won't fit most people. The lid sticks and closes poorly, since there are practically no grooves. And the underside of the lid is flat instead of convex so it touches the counter, making it unsanitary. A small spoon is more of a nuisance than a useful tool. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the stainless steel was of good quality. It's really impractical for everyday cooking as it can easily get dirty or spilled. I sent it back for a refund.
