The light is bright and neat looking (no cords) and the color temperature is exactly the same as the halogen bulbs they replace. Installation was a bit confusing - at first I thought a couple of the brackets were broken and I had the idea of returning them to Revane. But I just installed them wrong! The traditional base can be screwed onto the track in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. But these lamps only seem to work when the base is twisted onto the track in a certain direction. It took a few tries to get the base installed correctly on the rail. Once the base is properly placed on the track, the lamp itself rotates 360 degrees, so you can easily point it where you want it.
