Excellent slippers, my favorite! I had seven pairs, still use four pairs, one vintage yard pair and three in black/brown leather and blue (waterproof) neoprene. The leg strap is adjustable with an easily adjustable Velcro strap. Very comfortable, I can wear them all day, even comfortably on a 2+ mile walk, and they are primarily the only shoes I wear all summer. At an average 4 mile per day run, they last about a year before starting to get a little less supportive. The construction is great, although I've had a pair where the toe strap wore out and broke after a couple of years. The only downside I can think of is that they have a fairly slick bottom which can be very slippery on smooth hard surfaces like paved tarmac. Our local park has a footpath like this and I have to be careful when it's wet. FWIW, my wife has heel spurs, plantar fasciitis and high arch and is NOT a good fit for her. She's tried, but they don't provide the support she needs (and she can't get used to the "thong" with a small strap between her fingers). up to 10 for a comfortable fit.
