First, I ordered a NEW product, not a refurbished or open product. The box that appeared was opened CLEARLY earlier, there is NO evidence in the box, the entire box was clearly opened earlier. My imagination at least took the previous person as far as I did and realized the instructions were AWOL and sent back an inferior product. If I am unable to assemble the unit I ordered because you were unable to send me the assembly instructions for this product which is YOURS, it will be sold below face value. 10/10 I would NOT recommend buying this product. UPDATE: Not only would they not be ashamed to include instructions, but there are screws listed in the instructions they ended up emailing me THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOX! Again, if I am unable to assemble the unit I ordered because you did not send me the necessary instructions **AND PARTS** to assemble this product, the sale below face value is up to YOU. 10/10 DO NOT recommend buying this product.
