I like that it is easy to keep track of all my contacts and their tasks. It allows me to easily create reminders for myself and others to complete tasks. The software is easy to use and has a lot of options for customization without being overwhelming. It can be a little difficult at times to find certain information. This program is great if you are looking to organize your work and have everything in one place. It makes keeping track of all your contacts much easier than manually writing down contact information and then entering it into other programs.
