Review on Sony SEL24240 24 240Mm 3 5 6 3 Mirrorless by Rudy Allen

Most reviews of this pro lens say it is less sharp than a pro lens should be. I thought it was right. The lens is a Sony G/Zeiss OSS lens with glass - reasonably priced and expected to be sharp throughout the range. No, that is not so. Compared to my other Sony lenses, it lacks sharpness across the entire focal length and aperture range. Any lens, especially a Sony/Zeiss lens, should be the best. As reported by almost all reviewers, this lens lacks the quality you would expect from any camera lens.
