Waste for me good for bath & bath accessories

The only thing I really liked was the longer plastic in the back for long hair. No, this cap is actually worse than the one with the highlight kits. It offers no areas to highlight, and caps and kits hurt. Halfway through the process I took it off and said nothing more. I also tried using a highlight kit but no, for long hair you can use foil or frost free hand. That's all. Too much pain and too much hair loss as a result of this process. Would happily recommend it, but no. I dyed my hair the way I would have dyed my hair which was fine not perfect but word to the wise and I'm lucky since your hair. I had half of what I usually take with me. The highlighting kit seems to work much faster if you don't wear a cap, protect your ears with lube. One may come in a box and if not then maybe use one from the hair color kit if there is one left that you would use for the hair roots like Loreal's Excellence Cream. Make sure you get really good in the front and around the ears, mine should be longer in that area. So if you don't like the pain or damaged hair of beanies, use foil or freehand and keep track of the time. I do not recommend this cap or others. I never found them to my liking. If you only want to do the top or sides I would say a cap would work but not the whole head. It's torture and a tired arsenal of weapons.
