After encountering the dreaded "libusb0.dll is missing" message, I found that there was a USB port under the rubber plug on the bottom of the radio. Plug it in instead of a battery, turn on the radio, and the CPS driver and software will install seamlessly on Windows 10. It works great with MMDVM/RPi0W, a Pi Star hotspot, and I now regularly speak to Talk Group 91 around the world. All DMRs have a learning curve, but YouTube videos are your friend and this radio has some good ones available. Switching between talkgroups is easy with the radio's up/down button function, and switching to TAC 310-320 groups is simple. For $67 you can't go wrong and the audio recordings are very good. A definite quality addition for any radio station looking to get into DMR without spending a lot of money. Don't say Yaesu or Kenwood, but I actually like this mode better than C4FM on my FTM-400XDR or D-Star on my TH-D74A. 73, CB3EOF
