Downgrade with OEM in hood pins
I wanted a latch on the hood and I really wanted to like it. The top that attaches to the hood does not fit the Jeep Gladiator well as it leaves part of the top opening open. Then there's the tendency for a metal-to-metal contact latch on the hood. To prevent this, I inserted foam into the bar, but still made contact from time to time. Then there's the locking mechanism, which is fine at best. As a result, he reverted to his regular latch.
