So many good things to say about this lamp! Multiple heights- there are three rods that make up the post. Use all three and it is a tall lamp. I only used two and it is the perfect height for sitting at a table. The magnifying light arm has three different adjustment points which make it a breeze to position. Nice heavy base, lamp stays put and does not tip over when adjusting the arm or when using the magnify light. The lens of the magnifier is a good size and very clear, it does not have that warped appearance close to the edges. I was hesitant about buying a magnifying lamp. There were so many to choose from and such a wide range of prices. I was nervous that the low price of this magnifying lamp would not be as good as the higher priced lamps. Very pleased to say that this is a great magnifying lamp- very nice quality and very nice appearance. So happy I chose this one over a higher priced one! There is no need to spend more money, this is a wonderful lamp!
