The product arrived with damaged packaging.
The top of the product's packaging has been cut off. Maybe there were more than two in the pack so they cut it in half but judging by the picture this wasn't expected. The items are very old and the remains of the packaging are yellowing. Batteries are dead, one bulb doesn't work. Will return.
