Still trying it for foot, hand and nail care
I used it for the first time. I have a problem with the varnish not drying. It's sticky. I even made a super thin layer. Still sticky. I held the same hand under the light for almost 6 minutes. It's not dry. So I don't know if it's a car or a polish. I will buy another paint. I can change this rating.
