Quiet and works great
They are amazing. I originally bought one from Home Depot and the switch was $4 more. We wanted to make sure it works and runs quietly before we buy it for all of our fans. This requires extra space in the control box as the motor sticks out to the rear so you'll have to "creatively" thread the wires, but we've put that and a capped toggle switch on all terminals with some creative threading. If you need a fan dimmer, I highly recommend it. They're quiet (some motors hum a little from the switch itself, not just the fan). If you are looking for a quiet, wonderful product, then this is it.
