Overall I was pretty pleased with these notebooks. However, for my weekly insert I remove it from cover to set up each week so I can more readily change the orientation and have a smoother writing surface for drawing my designs out. At about halfway through the journal (3 weeks) the center page worked free of the staples and I had to tip it in with washi tape.Maybe it was that notebook, but the staples were not very securely closed and they seemed a bit short for the thickness. The other two inserts I’ve now reinforced with washi covering the staples and acting as a barrier against the elastic band.
