Arrived as described and judging by the price I wasn't expecting much. It's exactly what you would expect from a $6 strip of fabric ordered online, but just what I needed. However, if you use it as a waist belt/waist band, it's just over 3 feet from tip to tip. So unless you're an incredibly petite grown woman, it won't work as a waist belt if you want it to be nicely knotted and look normal; but a young girl could get away with it. However, it works as an accessory as described. The fabric is exactly what I was looking for as it simply replaces the protective border of my blanket. Arrived clean and protected.
