I am satisfied with everything, both price and quality, I advise you to buy.

Bought to replace my old Sony Z5 compact. A longtime user of compact flagships since the Nokia N97 mini. Samsung was attracted by the relatively compact size, although, to be honest, when working with one hand, I can no longer securely fix the phone and constantly risk dropping it. I would also note tight headphone jacks and a USB cable, it feels like they are poorly polished inside and the connectors fit into them very poorly. Bad feeling in general. An unexpected problem is the very good oleophobic coating. It's so good that when you try to select text and press it with your finger to bring up the menu, the finger slides and the menu is not called. Once there was a glitch with the camera - when switching modes, it hung and only reboot helped. My wife has the same phone and also had a glitch with the camera once - she just did not turn on. Rebooting three times in a row helped. Also, my wife's phone once hung up and she tried to press the "reset button" at the top with a needle. In fact, this is the second microphone. Even after such barbarism, the microphone is alive and well. Thanks to the engineers that thought out protection from the fool. To extend the life of the battery, I do not use the fast charging function - the phone charges in an acceptable 2 (power supply) -2.5 (USB) hours. For the entire time of use (about 1.5 months), I randomly took about 4 screenshots (holding down the power and volume down keys). In general, I'm used to the location of the power button. It seemed that the fingerprint sensor became a little less sensitive (maybe it got dirty and needs to be washed?). Yes, if you shake the phone, then you can hear a bounce inside - it doesn’t bother you, because in a normal usage scenario, I don’t shake the phone. The peephole of the camera, of course, eats away part of the useful space of the screen, I notice the camera, but it does not cause irritation. And yet the phone is high-tech, pleasant to use and every day a pleasure. I believe that its lifespan is limited by the state of the battery, since the supply of iron is very large.

Pros
  • 1) Compact enough for this screen size. 2) The functionality is beyond praise - there is everything that is possible. 3) Water protection is an important parameter for me, as I used to not worry about moisture in the phone. 4) Screen - good color calibration, brightness with a margin always and everywhere. I especially like that it is almost impossible to see the transition of the screen to the side face when displaying black. 5) While the battery is fresh - lasts 4 to 6 hours of screen (24-36 hours of use in my scenarios). 6) The fingerprint sensor is very fast (compared to the Z5 compact, of course). 7) The sound from the speakers is quite acceptable. 8) Camera - wide dynamic range and very good video stabilization. 9) Delivery set. Adapters came in handy - since there are a lot of wires with micro-USB from old phones in the house, the complete headphones are of good quality. 10) The ability to reassign Bixby buttons to call any application using standard OS tools. 11) Compared to the previous Z5 on the 810th dragon, this phone heats up moderately and quite rarely. 12) Headphone jack at the bottom - in my opinion it is more convenient than at the top end.
Cons
  • 1) Software glitches - some programs that worked for Sony and did not raise questions behave inappropriately here (for example, weather is not ated in the background until you enter the application and ate it manually, Telegram, when opening links in channels, may hang). 2) Lack of a light indicator (used to Sony). On AOD, the notification icons are very dim and you don't always notice them. 3) Vibration. Very disappointed! It is set to the maximum, but the call can be missed even if the phone is on the table (Sony did not allow itself this). And if it's in your pocket, then this is a 100% guarantee of a missed call. Apparently, these are marketing tricks to get users to buy smart watches and bracelets. 4) Wide angle camera. The lack of autofocus can still be endured somehow, but the picture quality is very upsetting. On the phone screen, everything looks more than, but it’s better not to open pictures from it on a computer - it’s a complete frustration. 5) The shape of the headphones is, of course, individual anatomical features, but my ears hurt in them when worn continuously for more than an hour.
