I don't write reviews unless I have something to share. I was surprised that these cartridges work in my machine without the printer's red light flashing. I had issues with non-sawgrass inks prior to purchasing this set. I still had problems, the blue printed almost black. I called the company I bought the printer from and guess what, the first question before they helped me was "WHAT ARE THE CODES FROM YOUR INK". I had to tell them it wasn't Sawgrass ink. They didn't help me until I bought $350 sawgrass ink, wow. I found a workaround. Here. I hope this helps someone else. I'm working on a design in Inkskcape but I'm having the same problem in Word. I saved my work in .pdf format. Then I opened the Sawgrass PRINT MANAGER, it comes with Sawgrass drivers. Go to OPEN LOCAL FILE and download the PDF file you saved earlier. Fill out the requested information, then print it out. I hope this information will show Sawgrass and other printers that customers don't like being ripped off and will eventually find a cheaper way.
